The short version
The generator selects words locally in your browser. RandomWordly does not ask you to create an account, and generated word lists are not submitted to RandomWordly. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process basic technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
1. Information you provide
You can use RandomWordly without an account. The generator controls you choose, including word count, length, and type, are used in your browser to create results. Generated words are not sent to us for storage.
If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address and question. We use it only to respond and handle the request.
2. Technical information
When you visit the site, the hosting and network providers that deliver RandomWordly may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security events. This information can be needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The RandomWordly generator does not require advertising cookies, and the current site code does not use cookies to store your generated words. A browser, hosting provider, or security layer may still use essential storage as part of delivering the website. If we add analytics, advertising, or optional storage in the future, this policy will be updated before those practices apply.
4. Sharing and retention
RandomWordly does not sell generated words or personal information. Service providers may process limited technical data on our behalf to host, secure, and deliver the site. Information sent through email may be retained as long as needed to answer the message, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations.
5. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have sent directly to us and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Privacy rights vary by location, and we will handle valid requests under the law that applies.
6. Children and policy changes
RandomWordly is a general-audience utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
